BestRent is a curated catalog — we don't accept every property. To be considered, your listing should meet most of these:
- Long-term ready: minimum 3-month lease accepted, ideally 6+
- Premium tier: typically $1,000+/month rent (varies by city)
- Verified ownership: title deed, condo certificate, or equivalent
- Move-in ready: furnished or unfurnished, but inspected and clean
- Real photos: we'll send a photographer for free if needed
